About SPECTA (DK)
Specta represents a diverse group of emerging and established contemporary artists. The program is characterized by a diversity in the artists’ approaches, ideas and stories rather than by a certain formal or conceptual viewpoint, as well as a variety of media such as installation, sculpture, drawing, collage, performance, ceramics, video, photography and painting. The gallery works with artists, who focus on all parts of the artistic work: approach, concept, process, media and execution.
The artists represented by Specta have all gained credit in forms of prizes, representation in museum collections and important private collections and public commissions.
Specta was founded in 1980 in Aarhus, Denmark. In 1993 the gallery moved to Copenhagen.
For CHART 2018, Specta will present artworks from Peter Holst Henckel (DK) og Daniel Svarre (DK).
