Eat at CHART 2026

We are excited to collaborate with some of the most exciting names in Copenhagen’s renowned restaurant scene to offer our guests a delicious selection of locally sourced food. From Japanese inspired sandwiches and Korean Michelin starred cuisine to vegetarian dishes and Scandinavian oysters, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at CHART.

We are pleased to welcome back three Michelin-starred restaurant Kadeau, who will present new concepts for lunch and dinner in the courtyard, developed especially for CHART.

For the first time, we're pleased to welcome Misterbianco to the courtyard, where they will offer an innovative selection of Italian dishes, made with the freshest ingredients of the season.

If you are looking for a filling and delicious sandwich, look no further than the Japanese-inspired sandwich concept Abrikos, a top nominee in this year’s Falstaff Nordics streetfood guide. Their BLT and classic Egg salad sandwiches have been big hits at CHART over the past couple of years, although they have a range of tasty vegetarian and vegan options available too.

We are delighted to welcome back Copenhagen's original oyster bar Rouge Oysters to the courtyards at Charlottenborg. Here you will find a variety of freshly shucked oysters as well as crab toast, Danish fish cakes and a full range of wine and bubbles.

Stay refreshed throughout your visit to CHART with a curated selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Folk Kombucha, the Copenhagen-based brewery, will be serving a selection of delicious, slow-fermented, unpasteurised drinks rooted in the culinary tradition of fermentation. Produced entirely in-house in Copenhagen, Folk Kombucha also offers educational workshops, tours, and tastings, bringing their passion for fermentation to life. Alongside them is Fritz-Kola, whose ice-cold beverages are the perfect refreshment to enjoy throughout the festival.

Darcy’s Kaffe started on the streets of Copenhagen, serving coffee from a La Marzocco Mini on a folding table. Since then, Darcy’s has grown into a bustling neighborhood coffee shop who was recently featured in the Nordic Style Coffee Guide. Make sure to stop by their stand in the courtyard for your morning coffee.
